“METEORITE n.2/2019” is the evolution of Meteorite 2016.
It is the fusion of a “calacatta cielo” marble top with the sculpture, an internal structure and the steel circle base.
METEORITE represents the research of an emotion, a narration of shapes and materials that combines the complexity of the marble with the strictness of steel.
This marble meteor is able to amplify the spaces. The sculptural approach of Matteo Berra seems to be moved towards a paradox, researching the impossible. With its unique technique the artist exhibits the hidden but overflowing sensuality, with docile shapes that are difficult to extract from the cold steel.
