“Lux” table comes from a collaboration between Officina Della Scala and the architects Fabio Crippa and Joe Gentile from Atelier Design Lab studio.
It is inspired by the high goldsmith culture which has distinguished our country since ancient times, thanks to the skillful manufacturing of craftsmen who used to forge precious metals and alloys to obtain valuable jewels that could beautify the populations of that time.
“Lux” table, whose name is of Latin origin, is forged in bronze and recalls the form of ancient bracelets, in order to transmit splendor and shininess through the precious processing of materials. The glossy and hammered surfaces create a sort of “embrace”, mindful of love between the feminine sensual part and male protective one.
