The “LUX” table is the result of collaboration with the architects Fabio Crippa and Joe Gentile of the Atelier Design Lab studio and is inspired by the idea of resuming the high goldsmith culture that has distinguished our country since ancient times thanks to the skilled workings of craftsmen who forged precious metals and alloys to obtain valuable jewels that could beautify the population of the time.
The “LUX” table with the Latin name is forged in bronze and takes the form of ancient bracelets with the intention of transmitting its splendor and shine through the precious workings of the materials.
The glossy and hammered surfaces create a sort of “embrace" remindful of the love between the sensual feminine and protective male part.
The sensorial aesthetic meaning between the surfaces is also transferred to the crystal top which, through a manual work carried out by master glassworkers, proposes the dualism of the embrace.
